During holidays or sale seasons there may be some delays in distribution times.
If the courier is authorized to leave the shipment outside by the door, OSHKA and/or the delivery company will not be responsible for loss of package.
A package that is not delivered after two attempts to coordinate with the customer, will be returned and the order will be canceled.
The times listed above may be changed by the shipping company.
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receiving the product. A refund or credit for future purchases will be issued minus the shipping fees, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. Subject to our terms of service.
