Refund policy

Not quite happy with your purchase?

No problem you can easily return you package for free.

Please fill out the return form:

*You can return a product and receive a credit for future purchases on the website or a refund minus the shipping fee.

*Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after receiving the product, provided that it has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging, and subject to our terms and conditions.

*A credit for online purchases will be limited in time up to 12 months from the date of receiving the credit.

*A product purchased with a gift card will be returned against a credit for online purchases only.

Return with Israel Post

You can return the product with Israel Post's return service free of charge.

Attach the label you received with your package and send it to us. It is recommended to save the number for tracking.

Return with courier

We will be happy to order a courier to collect the package for you at a cost of 30 ILS.

Exchanges

After the product you want to return is received by us, we will send the new product to the nearest pick up point free or charge or with a courier to your home for a fee of 30 ILS.

Exchanges will be allowed once per order.

Please note that we will not be able to refund or exchange a package that is lost or damaged during the return shipment.

We provide warrantee on all our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect in the jewelry that was created as a result of reasonable use, the product will be repaired/replaced or a credit will be issued for online future purchase that can be redeemed within six months from the date of its issue.

Transactions can be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and subject to our terms of service.
